Neighbours Reviews is operated by Solves App.

By accessing, browsing or using Neighbours Reviews, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the app or website.

For questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, contact us at info@solvesapp.com.

2. Using Neighbours Reviews

You agree to use Neighbours Reviews lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

Use the app or website for illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
Interfere with the operation or security of the app
Introduce viruses, malware or harmful software
Attempt to copy or reverse engineer the service
Use automated systems to scrape or extract substantial amounts of content without permission
Impersonate another person or business
Submit deliberately false or misleading information
Use the service to harass, threaten or abuse another person
Attempt to interfere with reviews, ratings or other content dishonestly

We may restrict or block access to Neighbours Reviews where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Age requirements

Neighbours Reviews is intended for general audiences.

If you are under 18, you should use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.

Certain promotions, competitions, products, services or businesses featured within the app may have their own age restrictions.

It is your responsibility to comply with those restrictions.

4. Business listings

Neighbours Reviews contains listings and information relating to independent businesses, restaurants, takeaways, cafés, tradespeople, venues and other organisations.

Information displayed may include:

Business names
Logos and photographs
Addresses
Opening information
Contact details
Websites
Social media profiles
Categories
Services
Menus
Prices
Offers
Reviews
Ratings
Amenities and facilities

Some information may be supplied directly by the business, while other information may come from publicly available sources.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful and accurate, but businesses can change their prices, opening hours, menus, services or other information without informing us.

You should confirm important information directly with the business before travelling, ordering, booking or making a purchase.

5. Reviews and recommendations

Neighbours Reviews may contain reviews, recommendations, opinions, ratings or other editorial content.

Reviews represent the opinion of the person or organisation providing them.

They should not be treated as a guarantee that every user will have the same experience.

Businesses change. Staff change. Menus change. Even the world's greatest chips occasionally have an off day.

We therefore cannot guarantee that a business will provide exactly the same experience as described within a previous review.

Users should make their own decision before purchasing products or services.

6. User-submitted reviews and content

Where Neighbours Reviews allows users to submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, recommendations or other content, you agree that anything you submit must be lawful and genuine.

You must not submit content that:

Is knowingly false or misleading
Is defamatory
Is threatening or abusive
Contains hate speech
Is discriminatory
Is obscene or sexually explicit
Promotes illegal activity
Infringes another person's copyright or intellectual property
Contains another person's private information without permission
Is spam or unrelated promotional material
Impersonates another person
Has been submitted in exchange for dishonest manipulation of a review

You must have the necessary rights or permission to submit any photographs, videos, written content or other material you provide.

This reflects the original template's moderation rules, which prohibited abusive, illegal and misleading user-generated content.

7. Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate content submitted to Neighbours Reviews.

We may remove or refuse content where we reasonably believe it:

Breaches these Terms
Is unlawful
Contains inappropriate personal information
Is misleading or fraudulent
Creates a safety or security concern
Infringes another person's rights
Is not relevant to Neighbours Reviews

We are not required to publish every review, photograph, recommendation or other submission we receive.

Where necessary, we may suspend access to features or take other reasonable action to protect users, businesses or the platform.

8. Business responses and disputes

Neighbours Reviews is primarily a discovery and content platform.

We are not normally a party to transactions between a user and a listed business.

Any purchase, booking, delivery, appointment, service or other agreement made with a business is between you and that business unless we explicitly state otherwise.

If you experience a problem with a product or service purchased from a listed business, you should normally contact that business directly.

Where a business believes information or user-submitted content displayed about it is inaccurate, it can contact:

info@solvesapp.com

We may investigate complaints and take reasonable action where appropriate, but we do not guarantee that disputed content will automatically be removed.

9. Offers and vouchers

Neighbours Reviews may advertise or provide access to discounts, vouchers, promotional codes or special offers from participating businesses.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

Offers are provided by the participating business
Availability may be limited
Expiry dates may apply
Businesses may impose reasonable redemption conditions
Offers may be restricted to specific products, services, days or locations
Offers may not be used with another promotion
Offers have no cash value unless expressly stated
A business may refuse an invalid, expired or improperly obtained voucher

Users should check the specific conditions attached to an offer before attempting to redeem it.

Where an offer is supplied by a third-party business, that business is responsible for providing the advertised product, discount or service.

10. Competitions and promotions

Neighbours Reviews may occasionally run competitions, giveaways or promotional campaigns.

Individual promotions may have additional terms explaining matters such as:

Eligibility
Opening and closing dates
How to enter
Prize information
Winner selection
Claim deadlines

Where separate competition terms are provided, those terms apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

11. Location-based features

Some Neighbours Reviews features may use location information to help you discover businesses or places near you.

Location results may depend on:

Your device
Your location permissions
GPS accuracy
Business address information
Mapping services
Internet connectivity

Distances and locations displayed within the app should therefore be treated as approximate.

You should use appropriate navigation or mapping services when travelling to a business.

12. Push notifications

Neighbours Reviews may send push notifications where you have enabled them.

These may include:

New recommendations
Featured businesses
Offers
Vouchers
Competitions
New content
Local updates
App announcements

You can disable push notifications through your device settings.

13. External websites and services

Neighbours Reviews may contain links to external services including:

Business websites
Online ordering platforms
Booking systems
Google Maps
Social media platforms
Video platforms
Payment providers
Delivery services
External promotional pages

These services are operated independently of Neighbours Reviews.

Once you follow an external link, that company's own terms, privacy policy and rules apply.

We do not control third-party websites and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security or content.

The original Terms also recognised that third-party websites linked through the app sit outside the operator's control.

14. Purchases from businesses

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Neighbours Reviews does not sell the products or services advertised by listed businesses.

If you:

Order food
Purchase goods
Make a booking
Arrange a service
Contact a business
Enter into an agreement with a business

you are dealing directly with that business or the third-party service handling the transaction.

The business is responsible for matters including:

Product quality
Service delivery
Pricing
Availability
Refunds
Cancellations
Food safety
Appointments
Delivery
Customer service

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

15. Sponsored and featured businesses

Some businesses displayed within Neighbours Reviews may pay for advertising, sponsorship, enhanced listings, featured placement or other promotional services.

Sponsored placement does not mean that we guarantee the quality, safety or suitability of a business.

Where appropriate, promotional or sponsored material may be identified within the app.

Reviews and editorial opinions should not be interpreted as creating a guarantee or warranty regarding a business.

16. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Neighbours Reviews brand, design and original content available through the service belong to Solves App, Neighbours Reviews or the relevant rights holder.

This may include:

Logos
Branding
Graphics
App design
Written content
Review videos
Photography
Illustrations
Icons
Page layouts
Original databases and collections

You may use the service for normal personal use.

You must not reproduce, distribute, copy, resell or commercially exploit substantial parts of Neighbours Reviews without permission.

Business names, logos, photographs and trademarks belonging to listed businesses remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Content submitted to us

You retain ownership of original content you submit where you already own the rights to that content.

However, when you deliberately submit content for publication through Neighbours Reviews, you give us permission to:

Display it
Store it
Format it
Reproduce it within the service
Use it to operate and promote the Neighbours Reviews platform

This permission applies only to the extent reasonably necessary for us to operate and promote the service.

You must not submit material that you do not have permission to use.

18. Availability of the service

We aim to keep Neighbours Reviews available and functioning correctly.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

Maintenance
Software updates
Hosting issues
Internet disruption
Third-party service outages
Technical faults
Security incidents
Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We may change, suspend or remove features where reasonably necessary.

19. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful local information, but we cannot guarantee that everything displayed within Neighbours Reviews will always be complete, current or error-free.

In particular, business information such as:

Opening hours
Menus
Prices
Availability
Reviews
Offers
Addresses
Services

may change.

If you notice incorrect information, please contact us so we can investigate it.

20. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.

To the extent permitted by law, Neighbours Reviews and Solves App are not responsible for losses resulting solely from:

Reliance on outdated third-party business information
Decisions made based on user-generated reviews
The conduct of an independent listed business
External websites or services
Temporary interruption of the app
Location or mapping inaccuracies
Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Neighbours Reviews is primarily an information and discovery service.

Businesses remain responsible for the products and services they provide.

21. Privacy

Our use of personal information is explained separately within the Neighbours Reviews Privacy Policy.

Please read the Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.

22. Changes to Neighbours Reviews

We may update, improve, replace or remove parts of Neighbours Reviews from time to time.

We may also update these Terms where:

The service changes
New features are introduced
Legal requirements change
We need to clarify how a feature operates

The latest Terms will be made available through the app or website.

Continued use of Neighbours Reviews after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.

23. Ending your use of Neighbours Reviews

You may stop using Neighbours Reviews at any time.

We may restrict access to the service where a user seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, abuses the platform or poses a security risk.

Any provisions that reasonably need to remain effective after you stop using the service will continue to apply.

24. Severability

If any section of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

25. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable under the laws of England and Wales.
